Meesho label size and how to print it without the invoice

What size Meesho labels are, and how to print just the courier label on a 4x6 thermal printer.

What size is a Meesho label?

Meesho gives suppliers an A4 PDF from the Supplier Panel. On each page you will find the courier label, often for Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax or Xpressbees, along with the tax invoice or order details. The label part prints best at 4 x 6 inch, also written as 100 x 150 mm. That is the standard size for thermal label printers in India.

So the real question is not which size to buy, but how to get the label out of the A4 page and onto a 4x6 sticker without the invoice.

Why print without the invoice?

Printing the whole A4 page on a thermal printer either shrinks the label until it is hard to read, or spreads the page across several stickers. Cutting the A4 page by hand with scissors takes time and is easy to get wrong when you have fifty orders.

Printing only the label means one sticker per parcel, a barcode that scans quickly and no wasted rolls.

Step 1: Download labels from the Supplier Panel

In the Meesho Supplier Panel, go to Orders, then Ready to Ship. Select your orders and choose Download Label. Save the PDF to your phone or computer.

Step 2: Crop the Meesho labels

Open the Meesho label cropper and drop the file. If the PDF mentions Meesho or Valmo, the tool switches to the Meesho setting for you. It checks each page and frames the label. Some Meesho files place more than one label on a single sheet. When the tool sees more than one customer address on a page, it crops each label separately so each one becomes its own 4x6 page.

Tap any preview to adjust the frame. Use Apply to all pages to fix the whole batch at once, or Reset to go back to the automatic frame.

Step 3: Print at 4x6

Keep 4x6 inch selected and Remove the invoice section switched on. Press Download PDF. In your print settings pick 100 x 150 mm paper, portrait and actual size. Any common 4x6 thermal printer, such as Zebra, TSC, Xprinter or Brother, will work.

Only have an A4 printer? Pick 4 labels per sheet. You will use a quarter of the paper you used before.

Sorting labels for pickup

If you ship with several couriers, choose Sort by courier. Valmo labels come out together, then Delhivery, and so on. Handing parcels to each pickup person becomes much easier. This works when the label text can be read, which is true for normal Meesho PDFs.

Is it safe?

Yes. The cropping happens in your browser. Your customer names, addresses and order numbers are never uploaded anywhere. There is no login and no watermark, and the tool is free to use as often as you like.
