How to download labels from Flipkart Seller Hub
Open Seller Hub, go to Orders and choose Pending RTD or Ready to Dispatch. Select the orders you are packing today and click Generate Labels. Flipkart builds one A4 PDF where each page has the shipping label at the top and the tax invoice underneath.
Save that PDF to your phone or computer. You do not need to open or edit it. If you pack in batches during the day, you can download several PDFs and drop them all here together.
How to crop the Flipkart label
Drop the PDF into the box above. Ecom Cropper looks at every page, finds the dashed line or the empty space between the label and the invoice, and frames just the label. You will see a small preview of each page with the crop shown as a soft blue frame.
Keep “Remove the invoice section” switched on to print labels only. If you still need the invoice for the parcel, turn it off and choose A4 so the full page prints as it is.
Printing Flipkart labels on a thermal printer
Choose 4x6 inch under Options. This is the size used by most Zebra, TSC, Xprinter and Brother label printers. In your printer settings pick 100 x 150 mm paper, scale to fit or actual size, and portrait orientation.
Using a normal A4 inkjet or laser printer instead? Set labels per sheet to 2 or 4. You will use far fewer sheets, which helps reduce shipping label paper waste.
Common problems and fixes
Crop slightly off: tap the page, drag the frame or its corners, and switch on “Apply to all pages” so the whole file is fixed in one go. Reset brings back the automatic frame.
Barcode looks blurry: the label stays sharp because we copy the original page content, not a photo of it. If the print is faint, raise the darkness setting on your printer.
Page marked “Doesn’t look like a shipping label”: this is usually a blank or summary page. Tap Skip to leave it out of the final file.
