What is the Meesho label size?

Meesho labels print well at 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm), the standard thermal label size.

Can I print a Meesho shipping label without the invoice?

Yes. Keep “Remove the invoice section” on and only the courier label is kept.

Does it work with Valmo, Delhivery and Shadowfax labels?

Yes. The Meesho setting handles labels from all the usual Meesho couriers.

What if one page has more than one Meesho label?

We look for each customer address on the page and crop every label separately.

Can I sort Meesho labels by courier?

How to download labels from the Meesho Supplier Panel

Log in to the Meesho Supplier Panel, open Orders and go to the Ready to Ship tab. Select your orders and click Download Label. Meesho gives you an A4 PDF with the courier label and the tax invoice or order details on the same page.

Depending on your settings, a page can hold one label or several. Ecom Cropper reads the page text and, when it finds more than one customer address on a sheet, cuts each label out separately.

How to crop Meesho labels to 4x6

Select Meesho above or simply drop the file. When the PDF mentions Meesho or the Valmo courier, we switch for you and let you know. Each label shows up as its own preview with a soft blue frame.

Tap a preview to fine-tune the frame. For files where every page looks the same, turn on “Apply to all pages” so one fix covers the whole batch.

Printing Meesho labels on a thermal printer

Choose 4x6 inch for Zebra, TSC, Xprinter or Brother printers and set paper to 100 x 150 mm. The barcode stays crisp because we keep the original label content instead of a screenshot.

With a regular A4 printer, pick 4 labels per sheet. It is a simple way to cut paper use on busy days.

Common problems and fixes

Two labels detected as one: open the page and drag the frame around the first label, then check the next preview for the second label. You can skip any extra preview you do not need.

Courier name missing for sorting: some scanned PDFs have no readable text. Original order is used in that case.

Label printed sideways: set portrait orientation in your printer settings. The output file is already portrait 4x6.
