Which labels can I crop?
This page is for every shipping label PDF, not just one marketplace. It works with Flipkart, Amazon and Meesho files, and with label PDFs from courier portals or your own website. If a file is already 4x6, it is kept as it is.
When the layout is unusual, adjust the frame on one page and choose “Apply to all pages”. Most courier PDFs repeat the same layout on every page, so one fix usually covers everything.
Setting up a 4x6 thermal printer
Install the driver for your Zebra, TSC, Xprinter or Brother printer and add a paper size of 100 x 150 mm (4 x 6 inch). Choose portrait orientation and actual size in the print dialog.
If labels come out light, increase print darkness slightly. If they drift down the roll, run the printer’s label calibration once.
Saving paper on regular printers
No thermal printer yet? Choose A4 and 2 or 4 labels per sheet under Options. You can also add a small gap so the labels are easier to cut out.
Common problems and fixes
Blank pages in the output: tap Skip on any page you do not want. Skipped pages are left out of the download.
Huge files: the tool handles files up to 50 MB and works through large batches page by page, so your phone stays responsive.
