How to download Amazon labels from Seller Central
In Seller Central open Manage Orders and select the Easy Ship or self-ship orders you want to send. Choose Print shipping label or Print invoice and label. Amazon opens a PDF where each page usually has the shipping label in the upper part and the packing slip or tax invoice below it.
Download the PDF instead of printing it straight away. If your browser opens it in a new tab, use the download icon to save it to your device.
How to crop the Amazon label
Make sure Amazon is selected above, then drop your file. If the PDF mentions Amazon, we switch to it for you. Each page is checked for the gap between the label and the slip below, and the label block is framed on its own.
Some Amazon PDFs have the label on the left side of the page. Our Amazon setting expects that layout, and you can always drag the frame if your file is different.
Printing Amazon labels on a thermal printer
Pick 4x6 inch for thermal printers such as Zebra, TSC, Xprinter and Brother. Set the printer paper size to 100 x 150 mm and turn off any extra page margins in the print dialog.
If you only have an office printer, choose A4 and 2 or 4 labels per sheet. Cut along the gaps and stick the labels with clear tape.
Common problems and fixes
Label printed too small: check that your print dialog is set to actual size, not “fit to page” on A4 paper.
Packing slip still showing: open one page, move the bottom edge of the frame up, and turn on “Apply to all pages”.
Mixed orders in one batch: you can drop Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho PDFs together. Each page is cropped with the right setting and everything lands in one file.
